This research paper focuses on the tribology analysis of MMT - Montmorillonite nanoclay alkali-treated coconut sheath reinforced hybrid composite. The study aims to analyze mechanical properties polymer composites as compared traditional synthetic fibers. specific impact clay material’s is also considered. experimental method involves use compression molding for fabrication, and various treatments are applied improve its properties. microstructure, tensile, flexural, characterization specimens analyzed. results indicate that outperforms untreated in terms surface quality. Additionally, addition improves bonding area coverage, resulting better However, brittleness treated specimen increased, reducing energy absorption tests. Overall, highlights potential a natural fiber reinforcement
